• Recruiting experience to include the delivery of research-based search assignments, either from an Executive Search company or in-house with a substantial Media business
• A graduate level education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytically-minded and intellectually-curious
• A team-oriented attitude
• Experience of working in the Media sector would be advantageous
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• A full understanding of the importance of data and work management systems
• Previous experience of managing multiple assignments simultaneously
